Soldier of God 1.0 looks a lot like Mario Bros-style platform games with a christian background, a retro interface, and where the player has to confront evil.

It takes place in the future, where all bibles are burnt, the christians are persecuted, and anyone reading the bible has to hide if they don´t want anything bad to happen to them. There are nine levels full of witches, sorcerers and other evil pagans who threaten to overrun the christian refuge, so defeating evil is the first objective.
